CDS/Unistel’s, Pleated Air Filters are constructed with a double wall die cut box, beverage board frame. The media is high loft, blended fiber, with an expanded metal support grid. The media pack is bonded inside the frame at all points of contact.

Both the standard capacity and high capacity filters have the same construction. They offer 25-30% efficiency, MERV 6 rating, with the high capacity filters containing 25% more media.

Ring Panels

CDS/Unistel’s Ring Panels are constructed with moisture resistant polyester media, sealed around the entire perimeter of the filter and at various points on the face of the filter, to bond the wire frame inside the layers of media.

The ring panels are available in 4-ply, 3-ply and 2-ply designs, and all are available with antimicrobial treated media.Our Air Filters and Ring Panels are all assembled in our Rochester, NY facility by people with developmental disabilities.
